Pc Guard Making My Pc Go Slow ?

I have been having problems with my pc where it has been running slow and browsing the internet was slow after a good de frag and a adaware and spybot scan it was still very slow so i turned off all the services on pc guard and hey presto the pc is now ok. I have been using pc guard for over a year now and never had any problems before. Is there a good free alternative out there with all the services pc guard has to offer ?

Scan you pc with Adaware se, AVG Free and also post a Hijack this log here

Also goto start, run, type msconfig & hit ok, gotot the startup tap and untick any unwanted items you do not want to load at startup (i have everything turned off)

Also have a look at this tweak guide
