Flickr on blacklist?

Myself and several other users seem to be getting awfully slow loading times, or no loading whatsoever for flickr.com

Have VM deemed this as a no-no webpage, flickr staff say that their servers are running fine.

Re: Flickr on blacklist?

to the site...

VM don't block any sites... Sounds like you have a proxy problem. Try changing your proxy like here.

Re: Flickr on blacklist?

No, I think it's Flickr, can't get into it at all from here (Teesside). Other US sites ok (Amazon/Ebay .coms) so it's not the Trans-Atlantic linky thingy.

Re: Flickr on blacklist?

Thanks for the speedy replies and input. I've been more of a reader of the forums, never a poster, time for a change it seems.

There tends to be times when it's relatively impossible to get onto the site and I tend to use it a lot. I'll take it up with flickr like the rest of us.

Re: Flickr on blacklist?

Well I don't know if I should, as it is now working again. To be honest I don't have the faintest idea about why i should change my proxy and what it would do. lol
