V+ to DVD Problem. Can anyone help?

Hi,

I'm new here. I got my V+ box last week. It was a pig to get up and running but now that it is it works perfectly and I am delighted with it.

I have one outstanding problem that I hope someone on the forum can help me with. At present I can't archive my V+ recordings to my Sony RDR-GX 120 DVD recorder. The picture transfers but without the sound. My V+ box is connected to the TV via HDMI cable and the box is connected to the DVD recorder by scart in the lower socket at the back of the box. I have tried changing scart cables but the result is the same. I have also tried different audio settings from the Sony OSM but I am hampered by the fact that I am unsure what I am doing. The recorder worked perfectly when connected to my previous Samsung box and I have reverted to those settings. Has anyone else had similar problems and, if so, how did they solve the problem.

All suggestions gratefully received.
