Red button on channel 119

Hi guys and gals

have had v+ for 4 days now , everything works except red button on channel 119 so i cant access virgin central channels


if i reboot or press reset will i lose all my recordings

No, if you reset you won't lose anything.

Dial 151. They will move it to the second level. You'll be phoned back in about 2 days. They'll ask your IP address (under Home/Settings/Technical). You'll unplug for 10 mins, then switch on and hey presto - it'll work.
