Making Mobile Java Apps

Anyone know a piece of software where I can make mobile Java applications i was thinking of learning how to use it etc just explore the features. Thanks

Java 2 Micro Edition? Yep - that's what you'll need. The phone manufacturers often provide an SDK with helpful stuff too like emulators and utilities to get apps to/from the phone. What phone are you using?

j2me and midlets are your friend - you can probably download an SDK specific for your phone or just find out what spec j2me/midlets your phone supports and download the SDK from Sun.
