Question BT Proxy Issues...... (How to Bypass)

I run a site with "Pennywize" security system on it. Its detected a BT HomeHub user's IP / Proxy as "BruteForce".... I need to find a way to allow him access as he is on a BT Proxy

I know how to assign New Proxy on NTL (Robins site is Awesome). But how do I find a list for BT Home Hub? I searched Google and only see SIP/VOIP sites with no info.

Cheers
