Call barring

Hi there anyone no how the call barring worked i just signed up for it and was given a default nunber of 1234 but how do i do this to stop calls out to mobiles.I was told to ring customer services if probs but after two wks without phone and other probs i am not ready for more chats,so i turned to here thanks

Just spoken to a colleague and in the Wales area it's - *341# to add and - #341*pin-number# to remove.
