Ben I asked before about this upgrade being open and you said it was. Does that still stand now we've had letters? eg. a customer changes his or her package/broadband speed. would they then still be upgraded to the correct speed ?

Not been following any of your threads, so forgive me if this has been covered already... What are VM saying to you about those speeds? Do you have a High Utilisation ticket open for it?

The upgrades apparently start from Feb, the 100Mb to 120Mb upgrades start in summer.

I've just got this result aswell, I'm meant to be on 50Mb...Unless its an incorrect reading? Byt he way whats with your ping? 108ms?

I got a letter stating that because I am a old customer I will be getting a upgrade from 50 to 120 Mbits.
