I am too, never had a TV from 2007 to 2012, then got one for when the children visited because a good friend got carried away one black Friday, saw people picking up cheapish TVs, grabbed two and then didnt know what to do with the other one but I never really watched it myself and then before I moved in with the other half I realised I hadn't watched my TV for two and a half years, and the years previous to that, I had only watched Cheltenham on it on itv for 5 days a year, I think I had covid as well actually and spent a week laying on the sofa watching itv4.
I could easily go years without watching it TV, funnily enough when I split up with the now ex wife in 2007 one of the last things I watched was an episode of eastenders where Bianca was shouting at ricky and when I got that TV in 2012 one of the first things we watched on it was eastenders where bianca was shouting at ricky, it was like those 5 years had never happened so switched it back off and haven't watched that show since. I prefer radio but even that's not what it was sadly.

I'm certainly not one of them!
If they offed the BBC now I'd save the licence fee and get my news from the Torygraph and GB News.
Anyone can make nature programmes (and Attenborough will in any case peg it soon); anyone can do music; anyone can do antique programs. Those anyones won't be woke lefties.

Some of the "first world countries" that have "no" next to them actually pay for it with a direct tax or from a portion of VAT revenue (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, France, Netherlands), in addition to those that have a TV Licence system (Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, etc al).
