Yes, he does seem to have lost his dominant force. If you struggle to beat Hearts, you will struggle in english premier league (new saying of mine )
You can't keep hoping to play Man city at it's worse every week, if only as it is cheating

Two poor full backs , a midfielder who is past it and a forward line where Sterling is the best player.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
Whatever happens in this game (because I am not taking anything for granted until that whistle is blown) I think Rogers will stay. Liverpool's owners didn't go though all the hassle of getting a young manager, all that process, only to fire him after a few months.
I also think that Rogers is paying for the mistakes of Kenny Dalglish in that he simply doesn't have the resources to get all the players he wants or needs. He wanted Dempsey from the money wasn't there, they try to sell on some of Dalglish's signings but they aren't worth nearly what he paid for them. This is hamstrung Rogers who has to make the best of what he has and, at the moment, that is a hard task.
Liverpool have simply spent too much money trying to catch up fast with the Champions League teams and now Rodgers is tasked to do so without that money. Liverpool knew this when Rodgers came in, they may have to play the long game....

I agree, for what it is worth
They need to write this season off, if the get europa cup place, good. else think about trying for top 6 next season, if money is available

Could not agree more and l just hope the owners have got plenty of patience as they are going to need it.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
Great performance. This just proves to Wenger Gervinho isnt good enough and needs to be benched until further notice. Ox and Podolski gave that balance of working the flanks but the play through the middle was brilliant. Diaby please stay fit. I can't wait until Giroud gets into it. Another clean sheet.. lovely day.

In a way I am pleased Arsenal won, but also I am annoyed as I had a bet on them drawing 0-0 for the third match in a row. Gutted.
