This is my longest run of injury-free running in ages since I started using that lacing up trick.

I've finally cottoned onto what others have told me about a girl and now I have cut them out of my life completely. Cannot believe what an idiot I made of myself. Been doing a lot of crawling and begging for forgiveness. Luckily none of them have said told you so.

Was just sitting here 30 minutes ago and realised I'd lost my wedding ring. Immediately searched on the floor, sofa, leather recliner etc. and it was nowhere to be seen. I then started panicking, I'd been giving the garage a clean out, moved a load of stuff, loaded up the car for a trip to the dump and dumped a bag full of sweepings into the dustbin. I was never going to find it was I? Well after going through the bag of sweepings to no avail I was just going to have a root around the garage more out of desperation than anything else when I spotted my bumbag on the hall table. I remembered I'd been out earlier and put a few things in there before leaving so just thought I'd take a peek and there was my ring in the bottom!!
When the weather's cooler it always becomes a little loose on my finger but I don't want to tempt fate now so it'll have to stay off for now. Very relieved anyway and to have found it so quickly when it could have been anywhere was a very big bonus. |

			That's good news.
And I had the best night sleep for weeks last night, asleep by 10 and woke up at 8. 10 hours solid sleep. Feeling so much better for it.

I lost my wedding ring once (around 26 years ago), and the topic still comes up in "conversation".

 | Good for you - it makes a huge difference.

This might be helpful - sleep hygiene .

I found it made a huge (positive) difference to my sleep patterns.

I just thing that she is her own worst enemy as most of her problems are very simply because of her character.

Yes I am very relieved still and after a decade and a half it sure feels odd without it. I reckon if I hadn't checked the bumbag I'd still be tearing my garage contents apart now...
My brother's wife is half German and one of their wedding gifts were beautiful bespoke heavy gold rings made by one of her relatives in Germany. Sadly my brother lost his whilst wading in the sea on his honeymoon just days after being given it. He felt it slip from his finger as his hands were by his side and despite the sea being crystal clear and the sandy seabed clearly visible he was never able to find it. Wonder if anyone ever did... |
