The £7 a month is pretty darn cheap, that's cheaper than NowTV. Or is that the standard price if you have Sports as well?

7 quid is the usual price if you have sky sports. I`m not being tempted by the free month though as I never have enough time to watch films even if there`s a decent one to watch.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2015) Vol. 1
Further to my report that i'd heard that changes were afoot at Viacom:
http://www.rapidtvnews.com/201502223...#axzz3SYvkZAy0
Maybe we will see the missing Viacom channels from the MTV suite coming to VM as Viacom seek to negate declining audiences for their channels?
Which are we missing?

Wonder which of the two categories the Channel 5 Group will fall into as in my mind it fits into both!
1. Music and Entertainment (MTV, MTV2, Logo, VH1, Comedy Central and Spike.)
2. Kids and Family Group (Nickelodeon Group , TV Land, CMT and CMT Pure Country).

Media Boy EXCLUSIVE: Virgin Media to axe Picturebox from April.
Virgin Sources have told Media Boy HQ that Picturebox will be removed from Virgin Media on April 1st.
We are told this is due to its small customer base and to make room for more services in the future.
We have also seen info on an new channel testing on Virgin Media right now called "ARABIC HAFLA".

I'm not surprised by this...The films that Picturebox wanted payment for, seemed to be older films that are already on Netflix if you wanted to watch them. Seems a good move.
Wonder what future services they are trying to make room for...

Are you thinking of just the App, or do you think VM would try to incorporate the whole subscription somehow?

I would like to think we would have the subscription service. Watching everything on pay per view could turn out rather expensive.
