losdev, it's £96.50 for the vip50 package, which is 50Mb, sports, movies, all HD, V+box and VHD box I suggest you give CS a ring.

Is there any way I can get the people on the phone to actually understand that?
I had VIP50 installed yesterday, left the SD stb as the 2nd STB, told me it wasn't down on the work order to swap it out, and to call up to get it sorted.
Called up twice today and both times they're telling me £49 activation, and either £20 self install or £40 engineer install.

The only thing I can suggest is get the call escalated, and keep going until they get it

Re: VIP/VIP+ New and Improved VIP Package
i still haven't got the hd channels even though my install date is for today. Looks like i will have to call them later.
Anyone know how long the 50 mb install takes? I already have 20mb.

Re: VIP/VIP+ New and Improved VIP Package
You won't get the HD channels until the install is completed and closed

Tried doing that, still no joy, so emailed the CEO office, who again said there should be a charge for it but they'll waive it. So got the result in the end but it certainly wasn't easy!

How's that stack up guys?
All channels, sports, movies, V+ and 1 V box upstairs.

Ummm not very good actually - I "think" that price is just a slight bit ABOVE the price for VIP50 let alone 20!
Think you need to call them and have a little chat with them - Oh, and the box upstairs should be a VHD box not a plain V box
