I dont believe what is going on. A modem has one job, sending and receiving information, so why does NTL have such a hard time with such a simple thing. Ntl is a major company, so how can we all be in this situation. Someone should get this on watchdog lol.

Last week I went through a good spell where my modem didnt cut out once, but this week has been another story. I've just had to turn my modem off/on five minutes ago! and a half hour before that!

It's effecting quite a few people, my ntl:250 has been offline twice today, the last time it took about an hour to kick back in. I'm in Manchester North on the 10mb.
