After reading the books you get a better insight into the movies as you see things others would miss.

Re: What are you reading?
Just finished all 4 Twilight books and all I can say is WOW!!!
The films just do not do the books justice. Enjoyed them more than a lot of series I've read..

I just read raise the Titanic - which was ok and better than the film
I watched Starship troopers one and two today. Going to re-read the book again tonight. To try and take the bitter taste that no.2 left in my mouth.
Going to watch starship troopers 3 tomorrow

Re: What are you reading?
I've been like a man possessed with my reading lately. Mostly LA Crime thrillers Robert Crais have just finished Mario Puzo's The Last Don bit far fetched some of the names are a bit Jackie Collins Athena Aquitane a beautiful film star..yeah right. I've read 2 Joseph Wambaugh's Hollywood Station and Hollywood Crows like him. The third book is out now Hollywood Moon will have to get that from ASDA's or Tesco's. In the middle of reading a Stephen King book, although I have to admit I'm not a big fan but I'll give it a go it's called Bag of Bones
If you have a branch of The Works bookshop near you they've always got some bargains I had 3 paperbacks for a fiver

Set your expectations low (imho) - not as bad as 2, but nowhere as near as good as 1.

I have seen it before - and it is worth watching just for the appearance (at last) of the power suits. As for 2 - I do not even want to think of that.
