Ah, but I'm not happy to be recontracted. Got an £11 loyalty discount at the moment, guess I'll wait as my update isn't far away allegedly (May to July).
Still unfair that new customers get this straight away and loyal (since 1996 in my case), have to wait.
But its what I'd expect from VM (oh for Bell Cablemedia - they were nice people to deal with in 1996 -made sure my 8 month pregant wife had access to our property at all times despite most of the neighbourhood being dug up; sometimes it would have been nice if they had denied her access )

(Yes really. My work requires me to, occasionally, replicate high bandwidth environments.)

Re: Virgin Media 150Mb Coming 2014
I upgraded to 100mb on Thursday, checked on my virginmedia it says I have been upgraded , but on checking the superhub and doing a re boot I am still on 60mb down and 3mb up. Should I have 100mb by now?

Yes, give it another reboot if it's not pulled down the new config i'd get back on the phone to them.

Re: Virgin Media 150Mb Coming 2014
Had my upgrade to 152mb for a week now and it's still rock solid. Downloading from my server right now via FTP, just a single file with a single thread and it's not budging from 19.6MB/s

Putting 30 days notice in, to cancel my 152Meg service. As it horrible slow as a snail. Only getting 1.7Meg out of 152Meg via ethernet cable as the superhub wifi is disabled. Had enough with it fed up with it. Disconnection next month April 10th.
