You dont understand. The server is used to store the files, not make the money. If the server goes offline, tuff luck for me, Ill have to wait until its back online or until I get back home to get the data.
I make money from the designs, not the server.

No, not incorrectly worded, just the way you read it.
Yes I make money from the designs, nothing to do with the server, but I dont make enough to be able to upgrade the connection for the server.
The designing and the hosting have nothing to do with eachother in this case, just saying the money I make isnt enough to make the connection better. Thats all.

Could it be some see them as spam so they dont bother any more incase someone complains

Re: So 2mb users, how much are you gonna download tomorrow
i got my email on 23/12/05.
Also as with the moans about swedish isp's, i think you will find the cost of living is higher there. Therefore the cost of broadband will be higher too, equates to you get what you pay for

Re: So 2mb users, how much are you gonna download tomorrow
Abyss I would think both Ignition and Bill know what they are talking about considering they used to work for ntl, I agree this country gets a raw deal for consumer internet but I think the blame lies with the government, countries like sweden had subsidies which funded their fibre rollout which is why they have a much better infrastructure and cheaper deals for consumers.
You keep stating that your server is unaffected by the upload cap's but repeatedly maon about the upstream speed so their is inconsistency in your statements.

My server is unaffected by the upload cap, but the higher the upload speed the better when running a server.
