I'll second this. The HD gap is getting too large in my opinion and will be the reason I leave TiVo behind.

The ones in bold are being withheld for sure. I am sure the non BSkyB owned HD channels will come this year.

Once multiroom streaming is enabled you could have 2tb of storage and 6 tuners, or even 3tb and 9 tuners.

Last year Virgin Media mainly focused on TiVo. Also Virgin Media have said they have a path to grow to 80 HD channels in less than 2 years.

Also i have been told they are on track to deliver that.

To be fair the HD channel selection on VM is far better then a couple of years ago.

I am sure more will arrive this year though who knows what.

They also promised a TiVo iPad app by the end of 2011 & 100's of TiVo apps within a year of launch.

Re: What people want on Virgin TV

They are spending thousands and thousands of pounds upgrading the TV system so they have the capacity for 80 HD channels. Why else would they spend money on doing that and not get more HD channels ?

Re: What people want on Virgin TV

l have said before and will say it again that 2011 was the year for the tivo rollout and l expect this year the flesh will be added to the bone with many many good things yet to come so people just need to be a bit more patient because the future's very bright.
