Yes I am a new user on this board, but does that mean that I'm not allowed to complain about obvious trolls ?
Or do you have to have been a member for 1 month/ 6 months/a year/life/infinity and beyond?
Enlighten me please ?
The point I was trying to make is that if you look at the history of their posts, they have done nothing but ask obvious questions and moan that they cant cancel or that Virgin is poor etc.
Whilst they may be genuine, I doubt it.
Yes users who have been on the board for a while may have genuine gripes with their service and they are fully entitled to articulate this. But they do not start continual posts saying that they are trying to cancel or about which magazine etc, etc .....

For someone that hates VM so much and made so many posts about cancelling you sure as heck changed your tune quickly. Anyone would think that you had no intention of cancelling, let's face it if you feel that VM is that bad you would never had accepted ANY level of service from them again. I guess peoples' views on your posts here may be vindicated now.

Re: Currently Holding For 1 Hour To Cancel My Virgin Account
In the light of what I posted earlier, I will now hold my hands up to having had a useful and informative discussion with CS. I spoke to them earlier this morning asking for some information about my account and the person I spoke to was very helpful.

Congratulations
And it's good to see someone hold their hands up. Glad you got a result.
I spoke to CS about my bill and they couldn't do enough for me.

are you saying that the only reason you want to cancel your virgin account is because you cant get through to the call centre that seems a strange reason if it is because you must be happy with everything as you dont mention any other problems

What don't you understand.
They offered me a deal, i didnt expect that, i was going to sky cause it was cheaper then they bet the price. I will wait the 12 months then switch to sky unless cable is cheaper of they offer a better deal again, simple.

Actually you said you were cancelling because "This service isn't acceptable and is the reason that i wish to cancel in the first place" (your first post). How has being on hold for about 2 hrs changed your opinion in that respect ?

Silly comments for a silly person on a silly thread about something silly.
As for the football being on. LoL - I've got better things to be doing with my time than watching 22 overpaid people, with names most cannot pronounce, kicking a ball about. The kids on my street play better football.

I have much better things to do with my life than read your drivel and watch a gang of men kick a bag of wind around a field

In other words you're what's called in the industry as 'an offer rider' - so I hope you feel proud of that. I personnally stick to my guns when I make a decision unlike some.
