Theo made a huge difference but Gerrard has been our best player by far for the two games. Not hard to see why LFC missed him so much.

England played really well the first half, come the second half it was back to the `Usual` England performance for about 20 minutes,  bought on Walcott and then they picked it up a notch and won.!!!!! Well done lads, I think my neighbours must hate me by now! all the swearing etc.
I can`t believe that the defenders don`t stay goalside of the attackers.?

Oh that. Yes, with the quality of the players we have results this tournament are absolutely shocking. And I don't see us beating Portugal either. We managed one win and three draws in 10 games against them, so chances of us packing our suitcases after Sunday are high. I just hope they manage to play a decent game.
As I heard someone say: I can deal with playing attractive attacking football and losing, I can deal with playing ugly defensive football and winning, but I can't deal with playing ugly defensive football and losing. Let's go back to romantically dying in adventurous beauty.
