Hi

Does anyone else after using interactive for a while pictures start to not load and then get an error message where you have to reset the box by selecting "Fix It".

ALL the time. That plus the unacceptably slow speed of operation, even just for changing channels, makes the system now very disappointing.

Will be ditching ntl after July simply because of this.

oooo, where's mine, where's mine? I'm in Hemel, but as of 11pm last night, no CR3 ... haven't had the TV on today to find out if it arrived overnight. Will it be there when I get home tonight?

Did you put your box into standby mode? I think a hard reboot might also do the trick.

Box is normally on standby overnight, but not always. It was definitely on standby last night, so who knows...

It's only enabled on ch. 120 at the moment. There's no official news about when red button services will be enabled on other channels, but I'd expect ntl: to make some sort of announcement when the upgrade has been completed.

Planned to start sometime next week. Note this doesn't mean everyone will get it next week. But leave your STB on standby each night and you'll get it ASAP.

well, here's my feedback, having arrived home this evening to find a nice blue EPG on my box.

I love it! Nice to have a Sky-like guide with multiple channels side by side. Great to be able to shuffle the channels about (I really liked the option to put all the channels I don't subscribe to to the bottom with a single press of a button). The cuckoo is set up as my reminder sound (I quite liked all three of the options ).

The only slight complaint is that interactive seemed to take as long to load as ever. I was just starting to think about rebooting ... but it worked. Oh, and the loss of the jump to 1st channel button in the mini-guide. I used to use that a lot.

Hi,

I can't believe that everybody has been clamouring to get CR3 for years... What happened to simple stuff, like reminders that did auto-tune the channel, be able to press page up, whilst browsing or to be able to select first channel to jump to bbc1..

Yes , First Channel is one of my biggest gripes about CR3. (plus the spped, or lack of)

I think you'll find that all reminders are automatically auto-tune now actually.
