Re: Cable Forum - Premier League Fantasy Football
I am honestly pinning it all on the midfield and attack to cover the ludicrous defenders. Although most of them are starters at the back so you never know who might not be erm.. crap this season.

Yes one picks players you think will do well and then they get injured or banned for long periods.

Re: Cable Forum - Premier League Fantasy Football
Second year playing for me, hopefully I won't make the same mistakes i did last year with tinkering far too much and taking hits left right and centre. I kept getting envious of points others were getting and doing knee jerk transfers most weeks
Really like the new Free Hit chip they added, it'll come in handy for the inevitable blank week when half the players you have don't have a match.

They replaced the 'all out attack' chip from last year with 'free hit'.
It lets you change out as many players as you want for free for a single game week then when that week is complete your squad reverts back tot he players you had before using the chip.
In the second half of the season there are always weeks when premier league matches get rescheduled as they clash with the later rounds of the EFL and FA cups. This chip helps negate the impact of that.
There will probably end up a lot of people not realising how it works and think it's just a second wildcard, then be shocked when all their players get swapped back the following week
