Re: TiVo Update / Netflix
Just realised that my TiVo box has been updated (Bolton) and the Netflix app is available. Works a treat. Even different user profiles for Netflix are appearing. Best thing is that Netflix is an on demand feature from the IOS app when searching for progs. good times!

Re: TiVo Update / Netflix
My system is down, cut me off in the middle of a 'Question Time' recording.Hope this means the Netflix download is taking place! I'll resist the urge to 'turn it off and on again' in case I corrupt the upload!

Re: TiVo Update / Netflix
I second the Thanks for the screen shots, looks like a great update.
Has the speed increased on manage series links? On my TiVo I occasionally get the dreaded 'Please Wait' for up to 5 mins after moving some series around

Nope. It might be network maintenance, but that's unlikely at 1am on a Saturday. More likely to be a fault.
STB updates are only done on weekdays (usually Tuesday to Thursday), and later in the night than that (usually between 2am and 6am). A message is displayed on the screen saying what is happening, so you won't be in any doubt.

Yes, it now does it in the background, so you can continue to use the box.

That is wonderful; it used to take around 15 minutes (guesstimate) to update mine. I used to switch to another device whilst it was doing the update because took took so long. Mind you, I do have a lot of series links and Whishlists.

Re: TiVo Update / Netflix
Is Netflix still rolling out? I thought we'd be getting whoops of delight by now as it started to appear area by area. Are they still in testing mode?

Manchester was added to the pilot areas a week ago but no sign of a full production roll-out yet.
