Anyone heard anything or able to shed anymore light on it?
If its true I can't see Virgin rolling out new Hubs to every single customer, they will probably do it on a case by case basis I would think.

It is a Brand name and the forum team cannot have members calling it inane and silly names even if the community forum team is stupid enough to allow it but considering how good the present team is on there that is not a surprise.

Re: new Hub to be released?
We are primarily a help site and if someone is having problems with their superhub and does a google search for it, they're far less likely to find us if we keep allowing 'alternative' names to be used.

Which means this site gets more hits than the community site because only the correct name is allowed on here, you would think that the guys on the community site would realise this as well.
