Its not a tickle, but I don't think its for everyone either. You can't send out an email saying something is available and then another when you realise your mistake-thats really bad.
The cynic in me is thinking that perhaps Virgin don't mind taking the opportunity to point out to lower tier customers what they're missing out on...
tell you the truth its not really bothered me. I got the apology email from VM about being boosted to 120meg before i got the email stating that I would get 120meg
