Hmm i am intrigued by this freeconomy can you really be that collectively stupid and not be locked up. How the hell does he plan to learn french walking around the coastline of the UK. Actually by chance I think you may have stumbled across the manner by which Britain can re-establish its global empire and dominate the world. Surely all we have to do is drop the likes of Bliar, Prescott, Vaz, Mandelson, Straw, Harman, Brown, Darling, Hain, Robinson, Clarke, Reid, Hewitt, Blunkett, Cook, Jowell, etc etc etc etc at strategic locations across the globe and we will inherit the Earth............

I have to say I remember when he was interviewed on the Today programme on R4, I thought to myself "he won't get far..."
