I wouldn't have any idea about the conditions for new customers, but with my AOL account i get unlimited download, without any limits.
I know that for sure because i download so much stuff sometimes and i have a home network, therefor more download.
Besides which, when i took bb 2 yrs ago, my main issue was to get unlimited, which AOL provided me with at no extra cost.
