I think that's just the latest they expect it. The development team at TiVo/VM are prioritising other features, such as 3rd tuner.
It's no biggy for most, especially when you will have 3 tuners in a few weeks.

Crystal ball question, how many years in the future will it be before Tivo becomes the standard PVR for VM with new customers getting TIVO enabled boxes.
Secondly a curiosity question when will the VHD boxes have a flavour of Tivo upgraded on them?

thanks df,Its not a problem.Just wondered why so long,agree once the 3rd tuner is active shouldn`t be a problem.Staring to count the hours now matey,Roll on saturday morning.This week has been the longest ever!!!!!!!!! lol

Hi is it because Im not on VIP or Triple XL why I didnt get picked in the raffle as I have heard it was not a random draw it was just for VIPs and Triple XL.

If it's true, I still don't get this; there isn't a 100 pound cost difference between the drives. I wonder if there will be some limitation of tivo functionality on the 500 gig one? Or, VM have decided to charge a premium for increased recording space?
