It seems telling that the only people who seem to be blatantly labeling him a cheat seem to hail from Manchester and presumably support the red half.

It's clearly a handball but other players have scored from hand balls before and nobody makes this kind of fuss. It's just because of this pathological hatred that the media and Mancs have of Suarez.

For commentator Jon Champion to say that Suarez's actions were 'those of a cheat' on national television is hugely unprofessional and serves only to highlight the mainstream English media's agenda against one of the brightest talents to ever ply his trade in this country!

Give credence to anything Champion or Poll say at your Peril, both are a waste of airtime and column inches. We should have been out of sight at half time and in the end Mansfield were desperately unlucky not to get their day at Anfield regardless of the controversy as they played their hearts out and some more. That's football.

Some people are also confusing the "play to the whistle" as justification to cheat.

It is meant to be about fair play, not acts of cheating
