the MLB game on last night looked like it was in HD and so did NASCAR now. there was loads more detail in the broadcast on ESPN HD especially in the MLB. all you need to do is switch back to ESPN to clearly see the difference.
if that was not HD last night then i a cant wait to see the true HD broadcasts as it looked as good as the stuff shown on BBC HD if not a little better.

no was in upscaled higher bit rate looked nice thoe also there would be the espn hd logo instead of espn

Update at 8.10pm: The league of legends of Darts 2009 series do not start until October 2nd so they still have time to sign an deal with Sky.

From November 2nd:
The following areas of Virgin Media will be going Digital only:
Belfast
Haringey, Camden, Enfield, Hackney & Islington
Stafford, Lichfield & Tamworth
Teesside (Stockton, Darlington & Middlesbrough)
Uddingston
Wolverhampton, Dudley, Sandwell, Telford, Kidderminster, Redditch
Wessex (Poole & Bournemouth).

we already got them !!!!
last thursday we got
FX HD
MTVN HD
National Georgraphic HD
last friday we got
Channel 4 HD
and yesterday we got
ESPN HD
thats 5 HD channels and we have Living HD coming in september and upto now there is no sign of SKY HD channels.
