Not so busy at bang on 8am but, don't tell everyone or i'll not get through myself
A possible reason you get through at lunchtime is they all sit around on a conference call laughing as they send us under-valued customers from one department to another!

First thing in morning is normally quiet for most call centers, you may get through at lunch time as more staff arrive on shifts and a lot of places start the lunch cycles at 12:30-13:00. I would strongly suggest calling before 9am and giving up after 5pm if you value your sanity
