AFAIU - if you can get a digital TV service to a property, then you can get a BB service to it. The biggest problem to your property may be that while the digital signal inbound can be distributed to all properties, the distribution system stops the return path, signals being sent from the cable modem or set top box back to the network.

Sorry mate, I simply don't/can't understand a word you say! What oh what is a BB Service???????

My mother just has a simple indoor aerial and gets all Freeview channels perfectly. She is about 10 miles away from Emley Moor and can see the transmitter mast quite clearly. For normal analogue she only needs an aerial fly-lead attached to the TV for perfect reception.
