You need three connections from/to your Virgin box.

1) Virgin's white coaxial cable for live broadcast channels.

2) Connection to your Virgin Hub (Ethernet or WiFi) for app content etc.

3) An HDMI connection to your TV with the appropriate AV channel selected.

TiVO V6 & V360 Horizon uses the same hardware. A box loaded with TiVO firmware is a V6. A box loaded with Horizon firmware is a V360.

This is where his problem is imo.
