i always check that the pencil and the string have not been tampered with ,it's also a good idea to check its not a Russian pencil as it may put your x in the wrong box .

Talking about putting the cross in the wrong box, there were also allegations that the Russians helped do exactly this for the Brexit vote. At the time, Brexiters were quick to dismiss the claims. http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/sh...postcount=3203
