General : Lincoln and 200meg

Have to say I am pretty disappointed, original message in my account was the 200Mb upgrade was going to happen before the end of November, I now have a message estimating it will now happen between April - Sept 2016!! What gives.

If I do a postcode search as a new customer I can order 200Mb.

Good job my contract is up in a month or so, give me a bit of bargaining power with retentions.

So whats happening with this upgrade, network upgrades not in place to upgrade everyone? anyone shed some light on it?

I'm in Hertfordshire if that helps.

it happens every time they do a rollout schedule and this time round they have made themselves look like a complete bunch of ***** because they said 90% of the country was going to be done by xmas. They half managed expectations last time because the rollout schedule was over 18 months so you were prepared and knew not to expect anything imminently. This time round is different though and I hope they get ripped for it.

yep when i last checked i was due a upgrade by the end of November,its now changed to..We’ll be in touch between January 2016 and March 2016 to tell you when your speed upgrade is ready,So no idea when that will happen as it does not say it be done between them dates,just that they let me know so could be any time in 2016.

Had an email tonight to sign up to 200mb which I've done, just got to wait. I'm in DN35.
