Clarity and consistancy from Customer Services / VM Management. I know I would get better odds for winning the lottery but you can dream

I hope to receive (as I have over the past 5 years) a continually excellent and reliable service first and foremost. The rest is a bonus for me. :-) . Simple things please simple minds I guess:-(

Re: What do we hope for in 2014 from VirginMedia?

Wish I could say the same. Tech wise its pretty much excellent though.
I beta trialled the SH2 and had a great wifi range improvement since.
Phone we never use and broadband/TV have been pretty solid.
However VM customer services/billing need overhauling. Their billing system is a farce, most the CS staff don't even understand it at times and only going to retentions or CEO complaints seems to get things resolved.
Hopefully 2014 will be an improvement.
