Thanks for your help. I was thinking the broadband abroad is expensive but understand now what people are paying for Finally is cheap and GOOD. Can not understand where this upload limit is from. Definitely not the line lenght or so .. same wires so giving me about 6 Mbps download could give upload much more than 0.45 ..
