Posts: 2,082	Re: Mixed messages on outages I just tried it from my mobile (using 0800 Wizard to avoid a charge). It asked for my VM phone number. I don't have one so I entered my Vonage number which has the correct area code. It told me there is a fault in NN1 (I live in NN4 but at least the town was correct). It then went on to say hold to talk to an adviser. I didn't but if I do need to call sometime I'll try it to see if I can avoid the 0845.
