TiVo : You do not need to pay £7pm for Sky Premium in HD if you get tivo box ?

I am the same Davefevs who posted on DigitalSpy. As stated that was what I was told, and for info here's the extract from the VM Chat:

Emma: How does that sound?
You: according to your website, I also have to pay £7 for HD?
Emma: No, if you take TiVo then the Sky Premium HD pack is free for you.
Emma: You don't need to pay additional £7 a month with TiVo.
Emma: Let's carry on with your order; I'll be here to help if you have any questions.
You: So by taking Tivo and Sky Sports Pack, I'd get Sky Sports in HD...yes?
Emma: Yes, you will be able to watch Sky sports channels in HD.

I've got a screenshot too.

Looking at other posters it looks like I may have been ill advised, or is something changing on 1st Oct, bearing in mind my install is 30th Sept?

If someone who works for VM, cares to look me up on their records, they might find whether I'll get free HD or not. £7 was a real deal breaker in moving from Sky!!

We have the VIP50 package.
We have a V+ box and a standard none HD STB.
I was told i had to pay for Premium HD channels if i wanted to do the following.

Keep the V+ box and replace the standard box with TiVo.

I'm on the VIP50 package with a TiVo and V+HD and pay nothing different.
