It will be something like this

Primary Downstream Service Flow
SFID : 4848
Max Traffic Rate : 53000000 bps (yours will be 20480000)
Max Traffic Burst : 10000 bytes
Min Traffic Rate : 0 bps

That only shows what you have been provisioned.

Is this cause for concern

It's still showing the old NTL branding. For what its worth, ill post some stats

How are the power levels looking?
