Only the power cable, but you must already have that to get Ld:20. Give VM a call.

Thank you. All I have done is move it from one side of the room to the other Broadband still works fine. Will call them tomorrow. Don't use it much except for a bit of 'catch up' now and again.

If you have moved the box, check the cable from the wall socket is securely fixed at both the wall and the Set Top Box.

yep, the box isn't getting the signal. check the cable inputs again from the VM socket.
