Thanks Dan, bit of an odd email though which makes it look even more suspicious to say the least.

Re: VM change of email address?
Sorry but this is very confusing, and really needs to be clarified. We have one employee stating the address should end in .co.uk and someone else saying that it is genuine.
No disrespect Dan but how do we know that what you are saying is genuine?
I don`t know if you work for Virgin or not (you only have 8 posts on here). Why have Virgin changed this marketing address?
You have to admit it does look a bit scammy 123.xxx.123.xxx.com

Hi, to me it looked fake but I know he is a senior member of staff and if he says it is real then I know that it is real, plus he is now verified as per Kymmy's post above.

Re: VM change of email address?
If you have an issue (such as not knowing if someone claiming to be a member of staff is verified or not) then please PM a mod or use the report post feature ) open forum isn't really the place to discuss such matters

Oh dear. You missed your chance for plausible deniability!

Whoever came up with that e-mail address should be took to one side and shot - what an incredibly long and silly domain.

Exactly. I couldn't believe that anyone in their right mind would come up with such a ridiculouly long address. It's like they wanted it to look suspicious.
So yes, anyone who would come up with a name like that should be shot.

Re: VM change of email address?
I'll remind everyone again that VM's quality director publicly said in January 2009 that VM's processes were "fundamentally broken".
Of course they still are but it's also degraded to "mentally broken"!
