It costs to call that tech support and my telephone line dont work, (its not virgins its mine im having house work done and the phone cables havent been laid yet)

Ill try posting on the newsgroup.

As i said before i have already connected straight to pc, same results. Im keepin the ambit in for now but speeds sre the smae with both modems.
