Change to a supplier that can provide the services they advertise? Probably none of them can manage 100% fault-free, but there must be some who can do better than VM , and at a better price.

The ironic thing about VoD is that whilst it isn't working (ie 20 button pushes of OK to get past the irritating messages) you still have to put up with the grating film telling you how great VoD is :p

Re: TV On Demand Error 1092
OK Another day another phonecall or few. A Few calls to an indian call centre and another call hung up. No way am i speaking to someone in india. Any way I was told to tell them if the 2nd light on the box was flashing. And its not. So I told them and they said the box is fine and the woman checked the system and said error 1092 is apprantly sorted. Yet I still cant get On Demand Services. She said it needs to be passed onto the digital team and someone will ring me back within the next 5 days to let me know whats going on. So ive just gotta wait now!

Re: TV On Demand Error 1092
I hold good news. I rand VM up again 2day after all my services went due to a fault in the cotswolds and i complained to customer services and he has knocked of £5.50 of this months bill so this months tv is free. I was also put through to the special digital team and the woman booked an engineer out due to the fact the 2nd light on the cable box was flashing. However services for me have just come back and the light stop flashing. Ive checked the on demand services and there back. Ive been told the box in bristol got struck by lightning which caused services to go down but now every thing is fine for me. Maybe it was a problem of where my services come from I dont know. Now i need to call up and cancell the engineer as its all sorted.
Theres allways light at the end of the tunnel!
