I really am hacked off with this. I just spent 30 minutes in a queue to be told by the faults guy that my problem has been refered to 2nd line support.... I bloody know that, as it went there on Tuesday and I've heard nothing since. I was told by Customer Service that it would be 2 days and I would get a phone call, its now Friday and the faults chap said "No its 4 days" and I should get a call tomorrow.
I also raised the issue about the faults line being closed after 9pm and he denied it, saying they are all working and receiving calls.
I've had enough and I am just preparing a letter to be sent. I had this installed on Friday and its still not working.
No point trying to argue the matter, or ask questions, as he did the usual and just repeated himself "Its been passed to the 2nd line support, I am sorry for the problems, they will call you"...... grrrr
