Oh - and I'm getting V+ on Saturday, plus I have an additional STB
yep you got it in 1!, 3 for 30 plus £9 for the difference in L and XL TV, V+ is £10 extra on XL TV and extra box when having V+ is £5

Thanks - I'll check the bill and work out what I'm on when the V+ is installed!

Well I have currently:
Telephone - 321 tariff (£11.00)
TV - XL size (£20.50)
Additional STB (£15.00)
320 Base TV 1MB Saving (-£9.49)
Calls this month was zero and the total bill was £62.01

using the example above with Three for £30 package and upgrading broadband and television - I calculated:
Three for £30
Broadband M upgraded to L - Additional £7.00
Television upgraded to Xl - Additional £9.00
Additional STB (current tarrif) £15.00
That makes a total of £61.00

When I get the V+ box next week - then the only change would be:
V+ Box £10
Additional STB reduces to £5
Making a total of £61.00 again

That means my bill is currently £1.01 higher?

The additional STB is now only £9.50 when set-up.

So total would be £55.50 at current prices.
