Well, my mother doesn't believe me. She thinks its the Xbox but, its not. It's the NTL, I know as I spend more bloddy time on this than the Xbox! GRR!

20mins onto CS there and the Enginner will be coming out to us on Friday morning between 8am - 12pm.

So its an AM appt thats been booked - make that more like 8am - 1pm.

Upgraded today to the NTL 250 modem which I've got is black and does say Virginmedia on it. Cool, eh? Now. I'm still not getting the full 10MB!

What are you getting? It's up to 10 Mb as far as I recall.
