Re: are ntl traffic shaping ports?

I've noticed an FTP issue, but both NTL & Webmania (my domain hosts) say there is no problem with either

I can access my NTL space as well as Freedom2Surf, PlusNet & ClaraNet, but I keep getting timeouts to WebMania on both FTP & Emial servers. WebMania say they NTL is causing the timeouts, NTL say it's WebMania, so who to believe?

BTW I can access the WebMania accounts from a m8s Freedom2Surf ADSL account with no problems.

Re: are ntl traffic shaping ports?

ok thanks for confirming, problem must be something else then, possibly taking a more congested route to ntl.
