i thought it was but i don't seem to have it, i've scrolled through all my favourites and there's no sign of it dulled out or highlighted tried a reboot too!

i work for ntl in manchester but i have been on my hols since the launch was announced so i wasn't sure if it was available in all areas at the moment, i've got racing uk and my stb has been updated...just no FX! my stb is driving me mad today some of my usual channels are coming up as not subscribed and i can view some i'm not subscribed to oh and the channels are mixed up e.g i select iUKTV Gold and ceebeebies is on the channel and i select ceebeebies and it says i'm not subscribed and i have 6 channel zero's with front row on! i've never recieved a call of this nature before!?

It was showing on my 4010 last night, but not on my brother's Samsung. We're in NE Hants (Langley).

yep i've tried that too seaneeboy done all the usual checks we ask cmrs to do!

Aah, if the other channel numbers are being screwy as well and a reboot doesn't do the trick, you'll have to call CS - Sorry!

that's ok now i've turned off at power for 5 mins channels are back to normal, that was a strange one...still no FX though i'm working tomorrow So i'll hit the stb...not looking forward to reseting the favourites!

I've got it in snowy East Anglia! (although the other night, after NYPD Blue, the box went screwy we got a funny channel broadcasting some numbers and a repetitive "3, audio 4" or words to that effect! A call to CS is due methinks.....)
