Nope, I've got a couple of free accounts (not NTL) one from Virgin, the other from my hosting service which I can use if broadband goes up the spout.

what are you trying to say then -
1. We have all been in a time warp and they lost money by buying telewest.
2. They have lost money by following the lamb to the slaughter by mimicking telewests upgrade speeds and prices surely not.

Step 1 yes I read your sig all though it had no relevance to the post I made.
Step 2 Well I fully understand so I do not feel the need to ask.
However let me remind you of a few things as you have to me.
Firstly telling me to act a little more grown up is an insult so I suggest you take a look here
Secondly I have been here from the start and further more have worked for NTL as a Senior Tech Support for more time than I care to remember in the past and have probably forgotten more about Customer Services/Tech Support than you appear to know.
Thirdly did you not notice the use of smilies in my post.
Lastly to back this up one of your colleagues who was alert at the time actually postive repped me for the post you got confused over, all be it my sense of humour matched hers but obviously not yours.

Re: No Sunday faults helpline?
here is a good point that i have to make regarding the no customer services on a sunday!
today is the best day possible to say this as it is the day before wrestlemania, and for any ntl customers it also spells the words "ha ha u canny buy it" now i dnt hear anyone arguing, because to my knowledge their is no possible way to purchase this event, because u cant phone them!?! u cant buy with the red button!?! and u cant order on-line (which i honestly think in this day and age especially with the rise in broadband users)
im not trying to argue with any ntl workers here, i would just like to know if anyone could tell me how to purchase the wrestlemania event. i mean for heavens sake, if there is a way to purchase this event, i dnt think that ntl have done a very good job in telling their customers.
all i ask is if they could redeem themselves by telling me what i should do, and to tell their customers about live WWE events in future
thanx

Just one question springs to mind... how many weeks in advance did you know about Wrestlemania being a PPV event and why did you wait till the last minute to book it? We all realise that it's not nice that there isn't 24/7 support for NTL products but sometimes we customers don't exactly help ourselves
Oh and what does NTL CS staff here need to redeem themselves for? This is an unofficial help forum that they volunteer their time on. It's not their fault that you cannot ring a support line that hasn't been open on Sunday for quite some time.

Re: No Sunday faults helpline?
I don't see the fuss about PPV. Its quite simple to order everything through the On Demand button - that should work even if there is no press red option

I don't think he meant the staff that post on here Paul. It appears he meant ntl.

And how are NTL going to do that through this forum? From this

It looks as though he is expecting someone to redeem themself here by telling him what to do now.

Thanks Ramrod. I spend a lot of my time on ntlhell but pop in from time to time. Does anyone know how I go about getting an official title under my name. NTL CSR I believe it is. Who do I PM?
